Rental Notes: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and PayPal. Minimum rental age is 21 years old.Minimum stay: 2 Night Minimum @ $175 per night ($115/night Summer Rate), ($135/night Autumn Rate). Full payment plus 12% tourist tax is required at time of reservation if less than two weeks to arrival date. If there is a cancellation with less than 7 day notice there is a 50% refund. Sometimes single nights are available - call for availability and pricing. Deposits: Monthly rental, there is a $500 security/deposit required at time of reservation. The security/deposit is separate from the full payment balance. Half payment and security/deposit are required at time of reservation. Balance payment is required no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Refunds: The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made with one week or less from reserved arrival date.
