Rental Notes: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal and Personal Checks. Minimum rental age is 21 year old.Minimum stay: 2 Night Minimum @ $165 per night ($110/night Summer Rate). Full payment plus 12% tourist tax is required at time of reservation if less than two weeks to arrival date. If there is a cancellation with less than 7 day notice there is a 50% refund. Deposits: Monthly rental, there is a $500 security/deposit required at time of reservation. The security/deposit is separate from the full payment balance. Full payment is required no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Refunds: The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made with one week or less from reserved arrival date. Upon completion of your stay and no damages, the $500 security/deposit will be refunded 14-30 days after departure. *Two twin size blow up mattresses available upon request totaling six sleeping arrangements.Come enjoy ALL that St. Petersburg Florida has to offer! |
